Job Description
The Content Lead is responsible for planning, producing, and executing all content across the company’s digital channels. This includes managing content calendars, creating high-quality visual and written content, shooting and editing videos/photos, publishing posts, and handling community management. The role requires full ownership of content execution aligned with pre-set strategies, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
Requirements
| Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management. Proven experience in shooting and editing videos/photos. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience in F&B, hospitality, catering, or service industries (preferred). |
